Welcome to Seize the Day Podcast with Natalie Miller-Snell where we explore how to seize all of the opportunities life presents us on a day by day basis, and the tools we can use to help us succeed.

 

In todays show, I take look at Mantras and Positive Affirmations.  What is a mantra or positive affirmation and where did they originate?  What are the benefits and why should we use them?  I’ll also explore the different type of mantras you can use with some personal examples.

 

Seize the Day was inspired by my favourite Latin expression Carpe Diem.  I’m very much a “glass is half full” person and I’ve had some great mentors throughout my life, who have offered me invaluable guidance.  We have so many wonders at our fingertips and sometimes we just need a little help, or someone to remind us.
